Our office is now open!
We’re looking forward to seeing you for your upcoming visit. For your safety, and the safety of others, please follow our protocol:
- If you, your child, or anyone in your home is feeling sick, call to reschedule.
- When you arrive at the office, we ask that you remain in your vehicle and TEXT (205) 810-0864 or call us to let us know you have arrived (“Curbside Check-in”). Please let us know where you are parked and the style/color of your vehicle.
- Only one parent/caregiver may be present for the appointment. Please arrange for childcare for any children who do not have appointments. Do not leave children unattended in the car.
- If you have more than one child who is scheduled for today, they can come in as long as their appointment time is the same.
- A staff member will come to your vehicle and check the patient in along with asking some precautionary screening questions which you will sign for acknowledgment.
- We will text or call when it's time to come in.
- When you enter, a staff member will take the patient’s temperature and hand you a mask if you do not have one. If there is a fever, you will need to reschedule.
- We will provide hand sanitizer upon entry to the office.
- The waiting room will no longer offer magazines, children’s toys, since those items are difficult to clean and disinfect.
- When the appointment is complete, wait at your designated treatment area until we notify you to check out.
